Romanian Inland properties
Due to the interest generated by Romania’s entry into the EU in January 07, Romania will be a growth area until after its economy qualifies for Euro membership (as opposed to EU membership)
There will be many bargain properties to be found, and when the general population changes its Lei into Euros, prices will inevitably rise. Investors can cash in then. Conversely, homeowners can continue their longer term investment in already purchased property. Rental values will be low in the short term. There are many ski-resorts, and the Carpathian Mountains are probably the most beautiful in Europe. For bargains, stay away from the Capital and the Black Sea coast.

Bulgarian Inland properties
Inland properties in Bulgaria are currently a good buy, due to the welcome extended to émigrés from Northern Europe. The buying process is simpler than in some other Eastern European countries, for this reason, the market has already lost its edge. However, if you are looking for a more  lively and familiar culture, both Black Sea coast and Mountain ski resorts are available, and the area is still inexpensive and set to rise. Inland properties are plentiful and reasonably priced, and there are several mixed English speaking communities emerging.

Costa Blanca - toward the mountains near Alicante
Individual Properties are plentiful and many of the lesser known communities are expanding and attracting Northern European visitors. Villages retain their Spanish customs and identity but welcome foreigners. This area is forty minutes from the Coast and attracts a different type of  investor. This is an excellent spot for Retirees and holiday home owners. Buyers benefit from the proximity to Alicante Airport (30 minutes) and a better quality of build than is found at the urbanisations on the coast. Look in Hondon and Crevillente for Villas and Albatera for Apartments.

Costa Calida - the lesser known costa
Inland, away from the brash developments and golf courses, you can still find real Spain and quaint villages. In the longer term these should show excellent growth for investment and could provide you with a lovely holiday home meanwhile. Aim to buy a property with a pool or space for installation, as visitors and children alike will spend days just enjoying the climate and the pool without venturing out to the more well known and spoilt locations. Access to walking holidays and horse riding abound. Individual Villas make an excellent investment.

Costa Valencia - the greener costa
To most people, this is unknown territory. Drive north from Gandia just past better known Calpe to Valencia. It is greener and lusher, which means in simple terms wetter, but in Spanish terms, don’t worry about it! There is less density of build, and bargains are available either near to the coast or more especially inland.
Facilities are not as numerous, but they are arriving, as are the visitors from Northern Europe. Valencia Airport is convenient, small and superb. These factors make Costa Valencia an emerging market and a lovely place to settle.

Turkey-villas and apartments
Each year 1.8 million visitors from the UK arrive in these Turkish Mediterranean shores. Awareness of this beautiful and inexpensive Country is growing rapidly although it is a vast Province in a huge Country!
There are many lesser known areas and we have identified one Developer who is safe, reliable and produces an excellent quality product which is essential for off plan investment in this country.
